Contentious Nigerian musician Portable has made a strong plea to Burna Boy, his senior colleague. He urged the Grammy musician to give him an opportunity to meet and socialize with him on his Instagram page.
According to Portable, all he needs is a verse from him that would transform his life.
The street singer appreciated him for the N20 million as he revealed that he brought happiness to his life. However, he badly needs a verse.
Kemi Filani reported a day back that after defeating Burna Boy’s enemy, Speed Darlington, in a celebrity boxing match in Lagos, Burna had gift him N20 million.
In a new video captured online, Portable lamented that Burna gifted him a huge amount yet has been shunning him. He claimed that the Grammy singer refused to pick up his calls or reply to his messages. Portable made it known that he prefers a collaboration with the singer to a N20 million cash gift, noting that the money would eventually be spent.
It is surprising to see Burna gift Portable money, as in 2022, Portable called out Burna Boy for allegedly stealing his intellectual properties. He accused his senior colleague of copying his mannerisms and style, which he said had become synonymous with his brand. He pleaded with Burna for collaboration instead of using him for “promotion.”
Early this year, when the ‘Last Last’ crooner offered assistance to Cubana Chief Priest’s baby mama and brother, Portable took to his Instagram story to hail him. He shared a photo of the Grammy singer as he stated that he is bigger than his colleagues and admonished anyone inquisitive about the top to ask him, as he is part of the big league.
Last year, in the wake of American singer Diddy’s arrest and Burna’s alleged involvement with him, the controversial singer released new music about him. Portable shared a video of him dancing to his song about the disgraced rapper. In the song, he warned his followers and the public not to go to the singer’s party.
