Dangote Refinery has named the NMDPRA and the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) as the 1st and 2nd defendants in the case.
Dangote Petroleum Refinery has cut the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit, better known as fuel, to ₦825 per litre.
As domestic competition continues, the price has dropped from N835 per litre. Last month, the refinery, which produces 650,000 barrels per day, dropped the minimum price of petrol to N835 a litre from N865.
The most recent change is intended to increase customer value while also consolidating the company’s domestic market leadership position.
