Mohammed Ali, 21, was found guilty and sentenced to seven years in prison and a N1,000,000 fine by a Federal High Court in Maiduguri, Borno State, for sexually abusing a 4-year-old girl.
His conviction was obtained on July 1, 2025, by the Borno State Command of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP).
Ali, of Moduganari Ward, was punished by Justice Amina M. Ibrahim after she found him guilty of obtaining and sexually assaulting the juvenile.
