
The Super Eagles began their preparations for the vital 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda on Tuesday with fifteen players training at the main bowl of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, KIKISBLOG NEWS-LINE Reports
The training session was supervised by Eric Chelle, the team’s head coach. The remaining eight players are expected to join the camp on Wednesday.
Goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, Tolu Arokodare, Victor Osimhen, Christantus Uche, Ademola Lookman, Cyriel Dessers, Samuel Chukwueze, and Raphael Onyedika are all expected in camp on Wednesday.
The Super Eagles will continue their preparations with another training session on Wednesday.
Nigeria will play Rwanda in matchday seven encounter at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Saturday.
